Small cap stocks either gapping up or overextending.
What it looks like
Small cap stocks gapping up on the day or experiencing a large run. The stock is generally broken (exhaust out premarket or on the day prior) and is pushing in the morning.
Entry
Any exhaustion into key levels.
Where I'm wrong
If the stock continues moving past key levels, or 10-20 cents beyond entry.
Targets
Whole or half-dollar marks for exits.
